EIO Room

A value-added benefit offered to employers is TRAK Group’s EIO (Employer In Office) Room. The EIO Room provides TRAK’s clients with confidential, off-site space in which to interview candidates.

Clients may choose to interview candidates in TRAK’s office for a number of reasons—the extra layer of confidentiality when hiring for sensitive positions; the ease of back-to-back interviews with fewer disruptions; and the efficiency of immediate feedback and discussion with recruiters.

The renovated EIO Room includes windows and a casual seating arrangement of table and chairs.

It just makes sense that when the client, the candidate and the recruiter are in the same location, TRAK can facilitate much quicker communication and share the information needed to help our clients make the right hiring decision.
