Joe began his career with Management Recruiters in 1970 as an account executive in Youngstown, Ohio and was soon promoted to MRI corporate offices in Cleveland as a field operations manager. While there, he directed the opening and training for new offices nationwide. He was later tapped to manage MRI offices in Cleveland, Cincinnati, Atlanta, and Washington D.C. In 1987, he purchased Management Recruiters of Cincinnati. During this time, he also started TRAK Staffing Services, which specializes in administrative and office support staffing. TRAK has grown to be a premier staffing company.
